Matthias Klose announced last evening, April 30th, that the next version of the popular Ubuntu operating system, Ubuntu 12.10 is now open for development.




Dubbed Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.10 will have a development cycle composed of three Alpha versions and two  Beta releases. The final version of Ubuntu 12.10 will see the light
